I forgot the title. Help! Chick-Lit, Set in NYC. Main character is recently widowed and discovers she pregnant

I read a chick-lit book prior to 2020. Probably prior to 2015.

The book was set in NYC (possibly Manhattan or 5th Ave.)

The main character has recently been widowed by her much older husband. He has adult children who view her as a gold digger. She discovers she’s pregnant. The plot of the story is her finding her village.

In the opening of the book she is busy with gym appointments with her personal trainer and beauty appointments trying to fight aging.

I think on of the adult children was struggling with infertility.

I have googled and googled and can’t find the title. It’s not in my Amazon/Kindle/Audible history. It’s driving me crazy.
