Books in which tea is used as a symbol of resistance

Hello!

Do you have an example of a book in which tea has been used as a symbol of resistance? Ideally, it would be from a classic work of fiction, but if it’s not that’s totally fine! By resistance, I mean anything from standing up to colonization or patriarchal norms, to using tea as a form of socializing that acts as subtle defiance in some contexts.
