Book recommendation on corporate [word here]

I don't even know what I'm looking for. I work for a corporation and I see pretty much everyone understand common terms such as EBITDA, profit margins, operating margins, etc. Also, people talk on a daily basis about sales terms such as BOQ, DRB, etc. Although I have a very basic understanding of this stuff, I was wondering : how do you learn this stuff?

I'm IT Engineer but I'm climbing the ladder and I see that in my next position I need to have a better understanding of all these terms. What am I looking for ? Corporate finance ? Corporate governance? Sales ?

Any books recommendations ?
