Suggest me a book like the beginning of The Fellowship of the Ring

I really like how LOTR starts (nature/countryside, peaceful fantasy, hobbits doing hobbit things) but I struggle when it becomes too dark and serious. I don’t mind a bit of peril, but are there any suggestions for books with a slightly more lighthearted adventure and with the similar countryside setting? Thanks!
