I’ve enjoyed most Freida books I’ve read. This one kept me interested the entire time, and I’d say is worth the read. She does a good job and making the reader think they know what’s going on/what the twists are gonna be, but always has more than you’d think. I knew that Amy would be at least a little crazy very early on in the book. At some points I thought Jade as well as some of the other patients weren’t actually there, and they were part of her hallucinations. The Dr. Beck twist I did not catch onto until right before it was revealed, I liked that twist the most. Overall I’d give it a 7/10. An engaging page turner for sure. My favorites by Freida are still Never Lie and The Housemaid. What other Freida books would you recommend?
