Hi everyone! I find that I’m very prejudiced against self-published books and think that they’re all poor quality. I’m trying to breakdown this bias, so I’m looking for a recommendation for an amazing self-published book. I prefer Fantasy or Sci-fi. Would also be down to read a Horror/Thriller. Please no romance recs.

Dungeon Crawler Carl, by Matt Diniman
He originally self-published the first six books before it was picked up by a publishing company.
It is sci-fi fantasy, and it is very good fun!
