My two favorite books are Fictiones by Jorge Luis Borges and The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoevsky. It's been a while since I read anything that really got me. I love Borges like a god but his work is too short. I love the layers of religion and profoundity in Dostoevsky.
Does anyone know of books that combine the two.
Hopefully this doesn't sound to crazy.

I am not trying to be a shit head with this comment, but I think you would like reading the Bible or another holy book. A Tanakh would also scratch that itch, the Quran too I imagine but I’m less familiar with Islam
