I am trying to enhance my understanding of human health. Specifically about how food, diet, sleep, exercise, etc all combine to influence health. Not looking for some Eastern medicine or pseudoscience health book.
I already have a general understanding of health (the difference between protein/carbs/fat), but I want to I would like to learn more about things like VO2 max, and who knows else other great things I can learn.
