Suggest a gift for our grad student. Interests – art, fairies, Middle east

We have a lovely graduate student who is graduating tomorrow. We know she likes fairies, Middle Eastern history/culture, and art/art history. We're looking for something that might encompass at least two of these things. Specifically looking for fiction as opposed to a book of, say, fairy art. We've found a few things but nothing quite hits the mark.
