Title.
Though to be clear I'm not looking for romance. I'm looking for books similar to the shows Victim's Game (this is Taiwanese iirc), Beyond Evil, Stranger, The Frog, The Glory, etc. I also really enjoyed Gyeongseong Creature and am not opposed to sci-fi/fantasy or historical titles.
What I like the most is mind games, politics, twists and turns, etc. I like to be kept on my feet.
Just for an example of some books I really enjoyed: The Burning Girls by CJ Tudor, The Poppy War by RF Kuang, Ash and Sand series by Richard Nell, The Radiant Emperor duology by Shelley Parker-Chan, The Vagrants by Yiyun Li, The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Folett.
