Hi, I love historical fictional epics, especially the sweeping Pillars of the Earth (Kingsbridge) series and Century trilogy written by my favorite author, Ken Follett. The multi- character points of view, the historical accuracy, and his writing style really pulls me in.
Any similar authors and specific titles you would recommend?

POTE is one of my favorites too! Have you ever read the Flashman series by George Macdonald Frazier? They are not bug smashers like POTE but they are fun, historical, and good reads.
