I'm a uni student and I work full time as well. It's honestly super rough, my entire existence seems to be around work or school.
My only hope right now is that this is temporary, that I will graduate eventually, and get a much better job that is much more chill.
Some days it's really depressing, to the point where I'll get an anxiety attack before work, where I can't even fall asleep at night because of the stress. Then the few hours I do get free are spent thinking about the next time I have to work or the next assignment due, just counting down the hours.
Thing is it's gonna get even worse next school year coming up, as I will be in some more intense classes. I realize therapy is probably the best option however I can't afford therapy right now. My problem is definetly my mindset, how I view work and school. Hopefully someone can suggest a good book on this topic.
