Books that successfully showcase physical slapstick comedy

Hello! Can anyone help me with a recommendation for books that showcase physical slapstick comedy? I'm trying to find examples of physical comedy…so, not necessarily the "who's on first, what's on second" slapstick jokes, but more of the Buster Keaton / Charlie Chaplain-style of physical comedy that are written into (non-picture) books or novels successfully. I would love recommendations, if you have them!
