As a /r/suggestmeabook subscriber, I read through most top threads. I kept seeing 'Dungeon Crawler Carl' pop up in recommendations over and over…enough that i decided to give it a try last weekend, at the beach/hotel pool in Myrtle Beach, SC. While I generally avoid fiction, when summer rolls around, i often to switch to easy-to-read fiction 'beach-reads', and did so with DCC last weekend. LOL. I burned through the first book in 4 settings and am looking forward to the rest of the Dungeon Crawl, starting this weekend.

TBH, I generally lean towards non-fic History & Biographies, so this was not really my type of book, but this was an easy-to-read tale, silly, but fairly gripping, and I had trouble putting it down!!

So, Thanks for making my summer, all who read/recommended Dungeon Crawler Carl!!!!
