I recently finished The Rose & The Pomegranate – and alternate history book on what the Tudor era would have been like if Prince Arthur survived and became king instead of Henry VIII. I also read (and loved) The Boleyn King, a story about how life could have been different if Anne Boleyn birthed a male heir as well as Elizabeth. Both have me totally hooked on alt-history of an era I'm obsessed with! Looking for more Recs from this era please! Plantagenet is okay as well, but I'm not that interested in the Stuarts.
