Loved Lonesome Dove and The Thorn Birds—What Next?

I just had to say this – thank you to whoever suggested Lonesome Dove here. I picked it up not knowing what to expect, and it completely wrecked me in the best way. The characters, the writing, the whole journey – it’s one of the best things I’ve ever read.

Someone in the same thread mentioned The Thorn Birds, so I started that next. I’m almost done, and it’s hitting just as hard. These books feel like they’ve carved out a space in my heart.

I don’t want this feeling to end. If there’s anything else out there with this kind of emotional depth, unforgettable characters, and that sweeping, epic feel-please tell me. I’m all in.
