Suggest me a book to read after The Stormlight Archive.

Hi there,

The title says it all, but I just finished Wind and Truth, and I'm looking for something new to read. I really liked Stormlight. I haven't read anything in the last ten years, and this series single-handedly got me back into reading. I do plan to read the rest of the Cosmere, but I need a bit of a break from the Cosmere as I tackled all 5 books + Novellas back to back over the last 5 months.

I'm not looking for a single-read standalone. I love my fantasy books, and I am considering either taking up Red Rising for something different or going into the Farseer Trilogy for something more familiar. I've also looked into Joe Abercrombie as well.

I would like to see what people recommend to cleanse my palette before I take on Mistborn. I listen to both the audiobook and read the physical at the same time as I'm quite time poor when it comes to setting aside dedicated reading time.
