Need something deep and meaningful but uplifting

Hey! Any help with something that has depth and meaning behind it but that's not too heavy of a read and will leave me feeling better for having read it please? I'm not into sci-fi or romantic – thrillers are my usual go to but need something different rn. Love a good bit of filth too if any of you have smutty recommendations hehe. Thanks in advance
