They are 9 & 12 y o boys who just lost their grandfather. He was 80 years old and in reasonabley good health before he died from complications after surgery to remove a tumor. He was in the hospital for about a week before he died but they live a long way away so haven’t seen him since Christmas. They are going to attend the funeral. This is their first experience with death but they have 3 other elderly grandparents. Any suggestions for books that might help them with grief?
