Hi! I'm doing research for a story that I'm writing and am interested in reading stories (fictional or biographical) about indigenous people, Latino (particularly Mexican, Salvadorian, and/or Brazilian), Filipino, and queer people that 'come of age' in a small town in the US.
I'm also looking for more recent stories (set after the 90s). I love reading historic accounts, but the characters that I'm writing about are modern!
I'm also interesting in reading stories that focus on growing up in poverty in a small town.
