Look for a fun read! For someone new to reading :)

A bit about my preference to help your suggestions.

I mostly looking for something that is just fun to read. I am not into sci-fi or major fantasy stuff. I do enjoy things that have a deeper meaning or make you contemplate life but that being said i am not looking for an intense philosophical book. I want something that would occasionally make me smirk who knows even laugh.

Also even though English is my first language i have never really read books for fun so my vocabulary is not the most advanced so very difficult English that eludes me would also not be a preference.
