I just finished Vicious and Vengeful by V.E. Schwab and loved them. I'm looking for books with similar vibes:
- Morally grey or villain protagonists
- They have actual powers (sci-fi/fantasy)
- No redemption arcs or moralizing heroes
Dark, but not super grim or gory — just smart and stylish
I’ve got The Poppy War, The Fifth Season, and The Black Prism on my list. Anything else in that vein?
