Pretty self explanatory, but I’m looking for fiction that takes place in Maine but is not written by Steven King. Preferably horror or thriller but I am open to any genre if you have a good recommendation.
Books that take place in locations similar to Maine would be okay too. Thanks in advance!
ETA: I’m wanting to read them on a trip in a couple weeks so individual books are preferred to series.

John Connolly’s Charlie Parker series had a bunch of books that take place in Maine. It might be 1 or 2 books into the series before he moves there, I don’t remember. Thriller/horror with a tinge of supernatural.
The Savage Noble Death of Babs Dionne takes place in Maine. Kind of a mystery/crime story. I liked it.
