First person books about someone wandering/being a vagabond preferably fantasy/medieval
I like a lot of introspection, and internal struggle with a little action. I am not a fan of large ensemble casts. Preferably with themes of solitude and melancholy. But I am very open
Ok, hear me out, but Stephen King’s Eyes of the Dragon pops into my mind. Pure fantasy and internal struggles with forced solitude are definitely themes. All around it’s a good fantasy read

Not 100% what this describes but The Once And Future King is a famous knights of the round table retelling. If you can find a copy with all three books, it’s definitely a medieval wandering about, and a truly excellent book
