I am not usually a Romance reader, in fact my sister would say I despise it. I don't tbh, I enjoy a good Romance story but there has to be more to the plot then just them getting to their first kiss, if you know what I mean.
Anyways I've been really craving something similar to Kate and Anthony's story in the Bridgerton TV show.
I haven't read the books so I don't know if it's similar or not. My sister said the vibe is completely different so I've come to ask you lovely people for help.

The Cruel Prince by Holly Black. It doesn’t have the same ‘spice,’ but it’s intense. It’s a dark, political Fae fantasy with toxic mind games and fierce rivalry. The chapters are nice and short. I like how Holly Black depicts Fae, far more folk-accurate than some other authors.
Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros. The two main characters capture that intense chemistry and enemies to lovers vibe as well. It’s a dragon academy so expect a lot of fantasy, action and adventure!
Well first of all I would say most mainstream romance novels have this element of enemies to lovers so probably any rando book you pick up would work!
But, the Bridgerton novels are very good and I would 100% recommend all of them plus the spinoffs, to start.
