    This could be a book, or an audible book would be good too.

    I’ve recently got back into the gym, and started couch to 10K and I don’t want to lose my mojo. I keep going through phases where I train hard and then go through long periods of giving up and repeat. I want to be consistent and creating that habit.

    What book do you suggest which basically shouts at you where it makes you think ‘just fucking get on this it’ or ‘just do it’.

    Note; I’ve read atomic habits and loved it. It made me pick up many good habits but for with gym/training/running I think I need something a little harsher on myself.

    1. Arnold schwarzenegger’s audiobook “Be Useful” is awesome. He is so passionate about fitness that it is infective
