    I’m trying to get back into reading again, but I get distracted so easily and find it hard to stay focused for long. That’s why I’m hoping to start with something light and easy to follow — nothing too intense or overwhelming.

    I’d really appreciate any self-help book recs that focus on personal growth, self-improvement, or just becoming a better version of yourself — but not one of those 500-page monsters šŸ˜… Ideally something short, digestible, and motivational to ease back into the habit!
