I watched Before Sunrise last year and that movie has been in my mind ever since.
It was the right movie at the right time, and now I'm looking to get that feeling again. It was dynamic but not rushed, beautiful but subtle, very deep and yet summer-y. So now I'm looking for some literary fiction that feels the same.
Something about youth and adventure and thirst for life – but most important of all – something about human connection.
Please help, I'm in dire need of a good book that will really speak to me!

Stephen kings IT, was this for me.
A big part of the book is about finding friends and creating bonds. they way you get to watch the kids grow and come together is something I have been seeking ever since reading, but haven’t yet found anything quite as good as this.
Other books I’ve read and enjoyed that were recommended by a thread similar to this were summer of nights – dan simmons, and radio silence – Alice Oseman
