I feel stuck in life but I know since I'm still in my early 20s I have so many possibilities to change it to the better. I want a job/career that fulfills me. I just don't know what I am really passionate about and what career / type of job suits me the best.

I read the book Pivot, and it helped take pressure off finding the exact right thing to do with my life. Ymmv, but for me, it was incredibly validating to realize that the way I’d been navigating my career so far was a perfectly acceptable approach….i do something g for a while, and then pivot to something her that builds on a subset of my skills and helps me to develop in other areas. Im a consummate generalist and I never have a 5 year plan, but a confidence that I will do the thing im doing now until it is no longer serving me, and then I’ll decide where I want to go next (or an interesting opportunity will arise and I’ll take it).
This may not be what you’re looking for but it’s what came to mind for me 🙂
In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts by Gabor Mate. It’s not about finding a career, it’s about addiction and healing. I recommend it because it fundamentally changed my worldview in many respects and informed a lot of decisions about careers afterward. It’s stuck with me and I read it in my early twenties.
