So my father passed when I was 3 and I never really knew him. I've not really had any strong father figures in life. I don't think I understand what it likes to have someone like that in life even though I've seen some of my friends being really close with their dads.
Please suggest some books which focuses on father daughter bonds.

I’m sorry you never got to have a dad. The first thing that comes to mind is the Little House books by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
*Wives and Daughters* by Elizabeth Gaskell (it’s about a girl who is very close with her widowed father, and what happens after he remarries)
