Hey everyone!
I’m someone who’s really passionate about understanding people how they think, why they behave the way they do, and what drives their actions. I often find myself observing people deeply their reactions, their habits, their expressions and trying to decode what’s going on beneath the surface.
I’m looking for books that can help me sharpen this ability: something that dives into human behavior, body language, psychology, maybe even emotional intelligence or social dynamics. Basically, anything that can help me become better at observing and understanding people.
Any recommendations would be amazing whether it’s classic psychology, modern neuroscience, self-help with real insights, or even biographies or novels that explore human nature well.
Thanks in advance!
