Looking for a book with inspiring and beautiful narrators and characters with whimsical stories.

I am asking for book recommendations for very achingly beautiful novels/books. I want characters who see the world in a lovely way and people you can emulate and feel inspired by.
I just want to read a book that makes me want to be a better person and feel good about life.
I like most genres except I don’t usually gravitate toward mysteries and killer books and maybe not teen romance etc haha. I tend to appreciate female perspectives more but I really don’t want to close myself off from whatever you can suggest.
New old and whatever you can think of. I just want to feel the magic of life and be inspired.
