Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez – It is a series but I specifically mean the first one. It also gives me Pacey/Joey vibes as the MMC is very loyal and blue-collar and FMC is a very intelligent, college-educated doctor.
The Love of My Afterlife by Kirsty Greenwood- The couple definitely gave me early seasons Pacey/Joey romance but placed in Britain with people in their 20s-30s with a very sarcastic/dry-humored FMC.
The Summer I Turned Pretty series – It’s very YA, but may hit the spot if you are looking for low effort reading/high drama quotient like a teen drama if that make sense. Teens-twenties romantic love triangle, best friends to lovers and best friend’s brother’s trope.
