“Carsick: John Waters Hitchhikes Across America” was fantastic. Definitely go with the audiobook too, it’s even funnier when he’s telling it out loud.

Will Randalls stuff is great, especially “Botswana Time”.
The already mentioned Tony Hawks has good books, too – I prefered “Playing the Moldovans at Tennis” to the Ireland with a Fridge one.
Tim Moore, if you don’t mind that it is nearly always cycling-related… “French Revolutions” is a very funny combination of Sports book and travel journal.
