Book gift for expectant father?

I’m pregnant with our first son, & I wanted to get my husband a book for Father’s Day & write a note in it etc.

I was thinking maybe Fathers & Sons by Turgenev but wanted to hear if others have suggestions. He loves Pynchon. We already have the works of George Saunders & Knausgaard otherwise those would be on my list! Thanks so much
