I recently finished On the Road and something about the raw, drifting energy of Kerouac’s writing really stuck with me. I’m not even sure if it was the plot or just the way it felt like chasing something you can’t quite name.
Are there other books that give off a similar vibe? Doesn’t have to be beat generation, just that mix of freedom, restlessness, and deep thought. Open to fiction or nonfiction!
