I'm the kind of person who is not scared of horror movies so I don't know how to start reading horror books. I don't know if any horror books with just textual content will give me the thrill when movies exaggerated with sound effects, visuals and jumpscares don't affect me much.
So drop your suggestions of whetever horror books scared you the most and please specify its type, psycological horror, paranormal horror, etc.
