Looking for a novel with a funny-but-unreliable narrator who has distorted memories or light delusions

I know this is very specific but anything similar will help!
I'm looking for a novel where the main character has delusional or distorted memories, possibly takes meds or has a vague psychiatric past, but the tone stays light, absurd, or darkly comic. I love unreliable narrators, especially those who present their own trauma through a distorted or theatrical lens, like they're trying to rewrite their past to make sense of it (or make it survivable).
