I will make sure to be as short as possible.
I've been running out of books and they usually keep me company in most of my journeys in life. I've read it all: from romantic poetries to Dostoevsky works, passionate to sinister. I've got to say that from all my time reading, since I was fairly early on my teenage years, my favourites have been Pablo Neruda, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Edgar Allen Poe and Sylvia Plath.
I'm not into comfortable reading, they don't usually keep my attention for too long. I want something crude and raw, it has to shake me as much as haunt me. One of my favourite books is actually David Grossman's "Che tu sia per me il coltello", don't know what the title is in English since I'm Italian and usually read in my native language.
That, or something related to Buddhism. I am a very religious person and sometimes take pride in my religious Identity.
