I’m 19 and never really got into reading, but I want to change that.
No clue where to start, what to read, or how to stay consistent.
If you’re someone who reads regularly or just enjoys books, I’d love a little help or guidance.
Not asking for a full lecture—just real, simple advice to get going.
Even better if you’re down to chat a bit and keep it fun.

Hi
Personally I read the famous book of a specific writer and based on your interest you can find the writer you like
I suggest Albert camus for you first writer
What to read depends on what you like. What kind of movies/tv shows/games/short form content do you like? What do you like about them? What kind of characters are you drawn to?
I’m not great at auditory processing but audiobooks can be a really good gateway/alternative/supplement for people who struggle to sit and read, either due to lack of time or an inability to sit still.
Easiest way to build a habit is to tack it onto an existing habit. I also find it useful to set alarms on my phone.
