Need a book that’s similar in vibe to Lispector’s ‘A Breath of Life’

The format doesn’t have to be a dialogue, I just loved Angela Pralinis character and her mad and almost pathetic (internal?) dialogue.
A woman who is written to be kind of miserable and is aware of it.
