First of all I know there are plenty of other posts with similar requests, but following them I've been a little dissapointed to so far. So I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations based on the books I've read so far. I want the books to feel like something written for adults and not for young adults / teenagers.
Top tier post-apocalyptic books that I've liked:
The Road, On the beach, Metro 2033
Good enough:
Metro 2034, Metro 2035, One second after (read the other two too, they were okay at best), The dog stars
Not a fan:
Station 11, Parable of the sower
Based on the "Top tier" and "Good enough" list, what would you say is a good book to read in the post-apocalyptic genre?
