I haven't read in a while due to a complete lack of time, between my personal and professional life. Things are finally settled enough for me to have a little time to read each evening. My issue is I have no idea what to read.
I prefer fantasy novels that have good combat, but aren't necessarily as detailed as Game of Thrones (My ADHD couldn't keep up with it).
Any recommendations?

Try Mistborn. They have three different systems of magic that utilize various metals in different ways, and that leads to some insane action scenes. The worldbuilding / politics are pretty intricate, but not as tedious as GoT, and it’s also not so hopelessly bleak. As a fellow ADHD-haver, I had to force myself through a few slower parts, but overall it’s a highly enjoyable series.
The Witcher has fantastic combat
The Green Bone Saga
