Lesser known (but amazing) Chef memoirs?

Hey everyone!! I love chef memoirs and have the "popular" ones, so I'm looking for lesser known ones to read next! I am not picky, doesn't matter how old or new they are.

I have all of Anthony Bourdains books, David Chang, Julia Child, etc.

Even if they are just about food in general, I'd love to read it.
