It just occured to me that I haven’t been able to finish a single book in over a year (‘: My last completed read is If Only I Had Told Her (Laura Nowlin) from 2024 and being a sequel, that was easier “to get into” for me than starting with something new. I’ve been reading Bear Town for months & months, and at a snail’s pace would be an overestimation.
My favorite genre is romance but unfortunately I get picky.. I also like contemporary fiction. Below is a list of book I’ve loooved or really liked :

- Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus
- To All The Boys trilogy (have to reread these from time to time covinsky are my day 1s)
- If He Had Been With Me by Laura Nowlin
- Not Here to Be Liked by Michelle Quach
- Take A Hint, Dani Brown by Talia Hibbert
- The Unhoneymooners? idr reading this but apparently rated it 5 stars on gr
- Tomorrow 3x (don’t agree with the author’s politics at all but the writing style is something I’m trying to find more of)

PS. I have some of the more popular books by the more beloved authors in the genres I like: I mean TJR, Sally Rooney, Emily Henry, already on my kindle. I just haven’t had the easiest time to get into them im sorry 😭🥲🥲
