Going camping next week give me some book recommendations to read while I’m there.

I'm going camping next week for a full week and a lot of it I plan on spending out in nature reading so I thought it would be fun to get some recommendations from here since I only know one book I plan on bringing. Doesn't necessarily have to be nature/camp themed but that's always a bonus just easy to get absorbed in stories to pass the time.

I read just about every genre but magical realism, fantasy, and horror have been my go-tos recently. I would like to have at least one or two nonfiction books with me as well to give myself options if I get bored of fiction so definitely give some recommendations for those as well.

I love emotionally complex stories that explore the human psyche a little, good LGBTQ+ representation, and have been into stories about bands/musical artists as well to give some ideas of topics but really I'm open to just about everything! I plan on bringing my e-reader as well as some physical books so my plan is to load up on ebooks to have books that'll fit every mood because I am very much a mood reader and I don't want to be stuck without a book I'm interested in 🤣
