I’m deciding between ninth house, the lion women of Tehran, and dark matter. I’m looking for something that is easy to get into by angeluwu420
Hatherence on July 12, 2025 8:25 am I actually liked the much similar [And Then There Were N-1](https://escapepod.org/2018/11/01/escape-pod-652-and-then-there-were-n-one-part-1/) by Sarah Pinsker better than Dark Matter, but Blake Crouch is indeed a popular author. I suppose that doesn’t help because it’s adding another to your list, but this is a novella which is short and quickly readable. Whenever I can’t decide what to read next, I pick the shortest book on my to-read list.

Don’t know the others but Dark Matter is a page-turner
