I need something fun that's easy to read. I love Harry Potter series, I liked Jose Saramago's Blindness, Silence by Shusaku Endo, I love Normal people (both book and TV series), a lot by Agatha Christie. I like watching Desperate Housewives, Psych, Dexter, Why women kill, Castle, Law and Order SVU, so I would like either young adult or easy to read crime solving books

Rivers of London books…
I would recommend The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton. It’s a very fun, entertaining murder mystery with a good balance of drama, existential dread, and confusing-yet-simple-to-read.
Try Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman. It’s a LitRPG and a bit sci-fi-ish. But it’s an easy read and you’ll definitely get some good laughs.
Oh so I want to suggest The Poison Artist cause the guy is going through a rough time and it is a fun page turner but it is a thriller and kind of dark but you like Dexter so you may be okay with it.
