Gay novel in the style of Death Note where the main men are battling in psychological warfare but the tension and sensuality is explicit

Hi guys,

Just like the title suggests, i want a novel with the mindgames, the tension, the battle of wits and the psychological warfare, but with clear sensuality between the two men who are playing chess with their lives, and that chess game is just adding more and more intense sparks between the two, preferrably explicitly, or at the very least that reading of it is undeniable.

Any suggestions?? Doesn't have to fit the brief completely but i hope it prompts some good suggestions
