I’m looking for poetically written books where descriptions of nature are an integral part of the narrative.
Damnation Spring by Ash Davidson is an example where the narrative surrounds the wellbeing of land.
The Round House by Louise Erdrich is an example where theres a much larger plot but descriptions of the community/land are very tender and poetic throughout.

The Secret Garden, The Good Earth, The Pearl, Gone with the Wind, Lilies of the Field, Oil!, Two Years Before the Mast, My Antonía and Grapes of Wrath all have scenes where the natural land around them is poetically described.
